James is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has vast experience in delivering robust advice. With a desire to de-jargon and modernise Building Surveying, Core sets out to be the foundation of a new way – embracing technology, AI and creativity from the get-go to enhance our offering for our clients benefit.

With expertise in Dilapidations, Project Management and Client Development, James is well placed to build on the early momentum with an aim of solid sustainable growth.
